Writing a blog was the last thing I figured I’d be doing right now. With two small children, I’m “in the trenches”, as it were. The me-time I do have is a precious commodity. However, a nudge from a few friends brought me here to share and to archive a few photos of my baking. Baking is a dangerous hobby of mine – at least I have selfless friends, family and co-workers to save me from myself, by finishing off whatever I have the self-control to pass along.

And so here I am – writing a blog – eating my words.

At least they’re delicious.
